ROW (Rescuing Ocala Wildlife) is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit, ensuring that all donations made to us are tax-deductible. Even though we are completely volunteer-operated, our work is not without its expenses, and even a small contribution can make a significant impact on our journey.

Your generous donations play a vital role in covering the costs of transportation for wildlife, acquiring necessary supplies to handle wild animals safely and compassionately, and providing general care and cleaning supplies for both the wildlife and our dedicated volunteers. Being entirely volunteer-run, every donation we receive goes directly towards our nonstop efforts to rescue and protect wildlife.

NAME OUR NEWEST RESIDENT

We are excited to share a new addition to our team of non-releasable ambassador animals!

This special girl came to ROW in May 2026, after surviving a dog attack that caused her to lose her right eye. She was only a few weeks old, but quickly won the hearts of our team with her unique appearance and adventurous attitude. As she grew, it became clear that she lacked the skills necessary to survive in the wild on her own. We are honored to offer her a permanent place to live here at ROW and a future helping us educate the public about opossums, conservation, and our mission.

Now, we need your help naming her!

For $5 per entry, you can enter a name of your choosing into a raffle, with the winner announced via Facebook on November 20th. The winning name will be randomly selected, but the more entries you purchase, the better chance of your name being drawn! If your name is chosen, you will also receive an exclusive piece of merchandise featuring her new name!
