Our organization relies on a dedicated network of hard-working volunteers who are committed to advancing our mission of rescuing injured, orphaned, and sick wildlife. The primary role we seek to fill is that of a Wildlife Rescuer, which offers the unique opportunity to directly engage with Florida's diverse ecosystems while creating memories of the animals you save and the places you visit. If this role doesn't interest you, that's alright! Every task at ROW, from bookkeeping, to fundraising, to community event participation and everything in between, is handled by individuals who share our passion.

Requirements:

1. At least 18 years old.
2. Possess a valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable means of transportation.
3. Able to commit to at least one day per week of "on-call" transporting, if you are selecting a role that requires it.
4. Exhibit a genuine love for Florida's wildlife and a willingness to learn how to work with various species.
